ACTIGA’S APTUS GAMES SIGNS DISTRIBUTION

AGREEMENT WITH INNEX

-Company to Ship Products to Innex in October 2008-

 

Riverside, Calif. – July 23 , 2008 – Actiga Corporation (OTCBB: AGAC), a leading pioneer in active video gaming products and services, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aptus Games, signed a non-exclusive agreement with Innex, Inc., to distribute the company’s entire range of motion-based products.  The new pact marks Aptus’ first distribution agreement and provides an initial platform for the pending launch slated for October 2008.
